- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto de fecha 13 de marzo de 2009, mediante el cual el Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, Sala Civil - Familia se declara incompetente para conocer de la presente acción de tutela
- Segundo. REMITIR al Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, Sala Civil - Familia, el expediente de la referencia para que de forma inmediata, continúe con el trámite de la primera instancia y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado, conforme a las previsiones del artículo 86 de la Constitución Política y del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado
